I was brought up in a generation where little attention was paid to what are now known as “green issues”.

And yet, as I grow older, I find myself more and more concerned with the health of our planet.

But, having moved to a country that seems to be in a state of denial about issues such as global warming, I find it difficult to do as much as I’d like.

They say you can tell a lot about a person by their taste in all sorts of things, such as books, movies, people, cars, food, and music, to name but a few.

If that is the case, then I’ve often wondered what my tastes say about me.
